When asked what he hopes to achieve for his client’s, Chris’s response is clear, “Deliver the best possible customer experience”. It is this focus and passion that gains Chris the respect and loyalty of his clients whether they be around the corner or across the country.

When it comes to the world of Insurance, there is not a lot that Chris has not done. Commencing his career with as a specialist Maine Insurance Underwriter, Chris has held roles in both Marine and General Insurance Claims, Underwriting and also Operations.

Chris believes he has derived his focus on the customer’s needs and delivering a valued service from his experience in Senior Management & Distribution Roles with a number of Corporate Insurance Companies, including St. Paul International, QBE and Zurich.

“Customers are people and obviously people’s needs and wants are just as diverse as people themselves. Unless you take the time to listen and understand what your customer wants and is hoping to achieve, you will never deliver something that they will value”.

Chris is a fully qualified Insurance Broker and Director of Agile Insurance Advice Pty. Ltd. His personal interests are his Family, Stand Up Paddle Surfing and Racing and spending time in Bali with the numerous friends he has made over the years travelling there.

Former Queensland Regional Distribution Manager for Zurich Insurance Australia Limited responsible for distribution and insurance broker relationships across all of regional Queensland. Senior roles also held with QBE Insurance and St Paul International Insurance Company.

Qualified Insurance Broker with 27 years’ experience in the General Insurance industry including Management, Operations, Claims and Underwriting.

Insurance Policy Interpretation

Consulted to various third parties on interpretation of Insurance Policy terms and conditions providing advice and guidance.

Business Training

Co-authored and delivered Sales Training programs with specialty being sessions developed around real life role play examples.

Chris is an active member of a weekly business breakfast group called BNI Eagle.
